Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
Coaching and bookings
A booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed session. We will confirm times, price and cancellation terms by email before anything is charged.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but features may change or be paused while we improve them.
