Plain English, no small print. This page is maintained by Second Act Systems and explains exactly what happens to the information you share with us.
Your Blueprint answers, your readiness score and roadmap, the email address you use to create an account, and any details you submit when requesting a strategy session. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
To generate and store your personalised Blueprint, to let you return to your dashboard and track progress, and to respond to coaching enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
You can complete the Blueprint without signing up. In that case your answers stay in your own browser's local storage and never reach our servers until you choose to create an account and save them.
Account data, assessments and booking requests are stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so only you (and the site owner in an administrative capacity) can read your records.
We send transactional email such as password resets and booking confirmations. Marketing email is opt-in only and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
